Our work is two-fold:

This includes human resource management, grant proposals, private sector proposals, quality reports, a variety of studies and analysis, budgets and financial planning, monitoring & evaluation, data analysis, research and surveys, project risk assessment, translation of documents, different plans, and income tax consulting.

2. We work with our clients to achieve significantly increased profitability through the implementation of a variety of capacity development, talent management, recruitment processes, and business management for operational improvements leading to lower operating costs, enhanced staff capacity and increased output. The trainings are offered in all areas of organizational development and capacity enhancement and are customized to the individual client's needs.

Sayed and Nadia Consultancy Inc. (S&N) led by Nadia Hashimi is a resource depot for BEST. BEST has received S&N services in the development of project concepts, proposals, conducting baseline studies; developing arrays of policies and strategies and building BEST capacity. S&N is a brand name for quality and promptness. The existence of such a source for Afghans is a blessing and a major step towards self-sufficiency in the field of “Organizational Solutions”. We have had the pleasure of working with Nadia Hashimi on behalf of S&N since 2013. In fact, we have been their first client. She has done more volunteer and fee-based consulting for us and her passion for human rights and care for client is commendable. AHRO is a constant client of S&N for nearly all organizational solutions. S&N has been developing for AHRO proposals, majority of which have been funded.
